Quinobequin Quilters
2009/10 Block of the Month
Quinobequin Garden Club
Previous BOM's:
2004/5
2005/6
2006/7
2007/8
2008/9
This will be a sweet and petite Block-of-the-Month project.  One or two traditional 10" flower blocks will be offered each month.  At the end of the guild year, you will be able to wrap up a bright baby quilt, a cozy feminine lap quilt, or a spring-fresh coverlet.  There are no fabric restrictions, so use a pallette that pleases you.

Each month participants will piece the assigned block(s) which they are encouraged to bring to the guild meeting so that fellow guild members may see the varied effects fabric choices have with the same pattern.

Directions will be handed out at each meeting and posted here soon after.

The month listed here is the meeting at which the block is due.

Choose fabric 1 for the flower's petals, fabric 2 for the leaves and
flower center, and fabric 3 for the background.  Consider a 4th
fabric for the flower center (instead of fabric 2).

Many of the Quilter's Cache directions are more than one page and you need to click on a link near the bottom of the page to view (and print) the next page.  The materials list tends to be on the last page.
