Quinobequin Quilters 2006/7 Grab Bag Challenge

Members who participated in this activity brought a gallon ziploc style bag full of fabrics and embellishments to our December meeting.  Each bag was assigned a number and placed in the drawing box. During the meeting each participant drew someone else's bag from the box.  They were given 4 months to make a 20" x 20" (approx) quilt for the original owner of the bag using at least 1/3 of the materials in the bag. The results were revealed to everyone at our April meeting.  Some people chose bags that weren't their usual colors, and the resulting quilts were not necessarily the quilts the owners would have made.
