2024 - 2025 Programs

 

The Guild meets at the Congregational Church of Needham, 1154 Great Plain Ave, (directions available here), except for January and February of 2025 when we will meet online via Zoom (link emailed to members). You are invited to arrive at 7:00 pm for socializing. Meetings begin promptly at 7:30 pm.

September 10, 2024 – Welcome Back Social, Show & Share

Welcome new members, reconnect with old friends, view the Summer Challenge entries and see what wonderful creations people have made this summer! 

 

October 8, 2024 – Kathie Beltz presents "Easy Color for Quilters", a trunk show and lecture

Kathie is an award winning quilter, instructor, judge, and designer.

November 12, 2024 – Barbara Graceffa presents "If Picasso was a Quilter"

Barbara will discuss how to cultivate your creative genius.

 

November 22-25, 2024 – Cape Cod Weekend Retreat

December 10, 2024 – Holiday Social

Join us for some fun festive activities and refreshments!

January 14, 2025 – Ann Wasserman presents via Zoom

Ann will lecture on needlework styles and techniques brought to the Americas from Europe and how they were used and adapted by different cultures. Ann is a quilter, teacher and designer specializing in quilt restoration and conservation.

February 11, 2025 – Linda and Carl Sullivan of Colourwerx present via Zoom

Linda and Carl are designers of contemporary, colorful quilt designs and surface pattern designs with a mid century modern flare.

​

March 11, 2025 – Pat Delaney presents "Something New in Every Quilt"

Pat will present a trunk show that shows the progress of her quilting style. She makes a conscious effort to try something new in each of her quilts.​

April 8, 2025 – Comfort Quilts

Join us to work on quilts for a wonderful cause.

May 13, 2025 – End of year ice cream social
